Rene Cazenave Apartments

The first of the Transbay Redevelopment Area projects, this urban infill supportive housing project was completed in 2013 and serves as a gateway to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency's vision of a new "main street" along Folsom Street. We were part of the GreenPoint Rater Multifamily team along with Sage Green Development.

The Arbors at Oak Park

The Arbors at Oak Park is a new mixed-use affordable housing development located at a high-profile intersection in Sacramento, CA that plays a significant visual and economic role in the surrounding neighborhood. The development provides housing for seniors and includes community spaces as well as 4000 square feet of retail space on the corner. It was developed by The Related Companies and opened for occupancy in mid-2013. We provided services as subconsultant to Sage Green Development.

Riva Ridge Residence

Spectacularly sited high above the Jackson Hole valley floor with direct views to the Teton range, this home and writer's studio are incorporating thick double-stud walls, insulated rammed earth wall accents, triple-pane windows, heat recovery ventilation, and numerous other high-performance and green features. The original goal of getting to Passive House levels of performance in this 10,000 heating-degree-day climate will not be met, but heat demands are expected to be at least 60% less than code level. The project is currently on hold.
