A gateway to the Stanford Research Park, 1701 Page Mill Road is Stanford Real Estate's latest research and development campus that has been selected by biotech firm and medical device maker Theranos for its new headquarters. The new building is two stories with below grade parking and is situated around a collaborative courtyard.
Beyond Efficiency was selected to complete LEED Core and Shell energy modeling to support Stanford's LEED Gold certification goal. As of early 2015, construction is almost complete and the project is currently in certification review by USGBC.
